Pool: 30 minutes after dawn (no earlier than 7:00 a.m.) – 30 minutes prior to dusk (no later than 8:00 p.m.) Basketball, Playground & Tennis Courts Hours: Dawn (no earlier than 6:00 a.m.) – Dusk (no later than 9:00 p.m.)

YBL residents enjoy high-end amenities including two beautifully maintained pools (one with its own splash park).
Basketball
The Basketball Courts are fully operational and available for those 3-on-3 pickup games or full court 5-on-5s. With four hoops, there is plenty room for everyone!
Play Structures and Picnic Areas
Playground equipment and picnic areas have been placed throughout the amenity area to provide lots of opportunity for fun and family time.
Soccer Field
For kids or adults who want to follow in the footsteps of Pelé, YBL offers an irrigated, landscaped, regulation soccer field. Equipped with picnic tables for spectators to enjoy the game.
Sand Volleyball Court
Whether you’re into league play or a little two-on-two, the sand volleyball court will offer a great opportunity to dive for a save or dig out a spike without scraping your knees.
Tennis Complex
YBL features two courts that are regulation size, fully lighted to enhance your playing enjoyment. All lights are on a timer system for nighttime play. Also on the tennis complex are nets and courts for pickleball.
Dog Park
YBL has a dog park located at the south end of the Amenity Center.
